At Label Poonam Karodiya, we aim to deliver your orders quickly and safely. Please read our shipping and delivery details carefully.

1. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed and dispatched within 2-5 business days after confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

2. Shipping Charges

Standard Shipping (India): Free or nominal charges (displayed at checkout).
Express Shipping (if available): Additional charges apply.

(Currently, we only ship within India. International shipping will be announced soon.)

3. Estimated Delivery Time

Metro & Tier-1 Cities: 3-7 business days after dispatch.
Other Locations: 5-10 business days after dispatch.

Delivery timelines may vary due to unforeseen delays, weather conditions, or courier partner issues.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once dispatched, you will receive an email/SMS/WhatsApp with your tracking details.
You can track your shipment directly via the courier partner’s website or through the tracking link provided.

5. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will attempt delivery 2-3 times.
If the package is undelivered due to an incorrect address or unavailability, it will be returned to us. Re-shipping may incur additional charges.

6. Delays & Responsibility

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, customs (for international shipments in the future), or events beyond our control.
In case of lost or damaged packages, we will assist you in resolving the issue with the courier.

7. Damaged or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will assist you with a replacement or exchange as per our Return & Exchange Policy.
