Return & Exchange Policy

At Label Poonam Karodiya, we strive to ensure that you love every piece you purchase from us. However, if something doesn’t work out, we’re happy to help you with returns and exchanges.

1. Eligibility for Return & Exchange

✔ Items are eligible for return or exchange if:

They are returned within 7 days of delivery.
They are unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in their original condition with tags and packaging intact.
The item is not part of our final sale or discounted items (which are non-returnable & non-exchangeable).

❌ Items not eligible for return or exchange:

Customized or altered products.
Accessories or innerwear (if applicable).
Products purchased during sale/clearance events.

2. How to Request a Return or Exchange

Once approved, we’ll share the return shipping details.
Kindly ship the item back to us within 3 business days after approval.

3. Return & Exchange Shipping

Reverse pickup (if available): A small shipping fee may apply (deducted from your refund).
Self-shipping: Customers can ship the product back using a reliable courier service.

We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

4. Refunds & Store Credit

Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed as:
- Store credit (default) – issued within 3-5 business days.
- Refund to original payment method – if applicable, may take 7-10 business days.
For exchanges, we will ship your replacement item after quality check.

5. Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange for an exchange or full refund.
