1. How do I place an order?
Simply browse our collection, select your size, add the item to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Complete your payment securely, and you’ll receive an order confirmation via email or WhatsApp.

3. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Currently, no.
4. How long does shipping take?

5. How can I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or WhatsApp. You can track it on the courier partner’s website.
6. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship only within India. International shipping will be introduced soon.
7. Can I cancel my order after placing it?
Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once dispatched, cancellations are not possible. Please contact us immediately if you need help.
8. What is your return & exchange policy?
We accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of delivery, provided the product is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact.

9. Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are processed only after we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds are issued as store credit or to your original payment method (as per policy).
10. I received a damaged or wrong item. What should I do?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product. We will arrange an exchange or replacement immediately.
